The worst customer service I have ever experienced, took my car in for the 1000km oil change, that went smooth, car was serviced within 45 minutes, but then had to wait 1 ONE HOUR for my invoice, I followed up several times as to where the paperwork was so that I could make the payment and get going to my other appointments. When I asked to talk to the service manager, I was first told that they would go and get the them and then suddenly I was told that they were conveniently in an "emergency meeting" AGAIN, this was the same excuse that they gave me last time I had a previous car service at this dealership, they lack any professionalism in dealing with their customer concerns, I doesn't take ONE HOUR to complete some paperwork, they just don't care about their customers, definitely will not be buying another Toyota product and will not be taking my car back to this dealership for any future service.

Had my car serviced here and there are signs of unnecessary and unauthorized use of my vehicle. My dashcam was unplugged, my fuel was decreased by 2 lines based on fuel gauge, my head unit was set to radio when I never used radio. Note that my wasn’t serviced at an outsourced repair shop since my odo was only added with 1km. We can establish that they stayed inside my car probably for A/C when I only had minor car paint repair on the exterior. Their explanation was also not based on facts and in contrary to what I have observed and they tried to make me look like I was stupid lol.
